One of the jury members said that he believed that Mr. Jackson "has at some time molested a child, but in this case the evidence didn't prove it beyond reasonable doubt". That, combined with the fact that the prosecution bungled the case, and the prosecution's two "star" witnesses were simply not trustworthy, is why Jackson is a free man. This case isn't about the rich and famous getting away, it is about the prosecution dropping the ball.
