Leonard Hoehn Status Update: March 1
Category Personal...The biggest news is HE CAN SWALLOW! I can't tell you how exciting this is for us. Now he can eat - granted it's mushy food, but he seems happy with it just the same. He has adapted very quickly to using his left hand to eat, which is also a great milestone.
He is very frustrated with his inability to communicate with us. He is still not an eager participant in his therapy, but we just keep reinforcing how important it is - especially to get his speach back. He can definitely read and has enjoyed the letters from everyone. Thank you so much & keep 'em coming whenever you think about it. They are such an encouragement to him.
